Whether you're just getting started or run into something that isn't working, here's how to get a hand.

Common questions

Signing in or creating an account +

You can join as a guest or register a free account from the Community page. Registered accounts unlock Social, the Verse Wall, friends, and messaging. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.

Trouble staying signed in +

For your security, sessions time out after a period of inactivity. If you are signed in on Social but the chat shows you signed out, refreshing the page usually re-links the two. If it persists, email us and tell us which browser or device you are on.

Prayer requests +

Submit a prayer request from the Prayer Wall — you can post anonymously if you prefer. Each submission gives you a private "manage your prayer" link so you can later mark it answered with a praise note. Requests are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Reporting a problem or another member +

We want Ochlos to be a safe, Christ-centered place. If you see content or behavior that does not belong, email us with a link or description and our hosts will look into it promptly. You can also block a member to hide their content from your view.

Deleting your account or data +

You can edit or remove your own posts, prayer requests, and comments from your account at any time. To request export or deletion of your account data, email us and we will take care of it.
